Founded in May 1992, TFS has grown from a local foot patrol provider into a trusted and established name within the UK security industry. Our journey began with industrial estate patrols across Falmouth and Penryn, built on a simple principle that still defines us today: professional, reliable security delivered with integrity.
Our first major event was the Royal Cornwall Show, where TFS was entrusted with all overnight security operations. It was here that our capability, professionalism and attention to detail gained wider recognition which opened the door to national-level opportunities. Shortly thereafter, TFS was invited to work as a specialist subcontractor for Special Events Security (London)—a pivotal moment in our development.
Through this partnership, TFS went on to support some of the UK’s most high-profile events and organisations, including Royal Ascot, Glastonbury Festival, British Formula One, Wembley Stadium, London Arena, the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, WWE (formerly WWF), Smash Hits, and many more. These experiences cemented our reputation as a dependable and capable event security provider, trusted by both clients and industry peers alike.
By the early 2000s, TFS had established itself as a contractor in its own right, securing direct relationships with major brands and public bodies. Our client portfolio expanded to include EE, O2, Asda Events, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and numerous local authority-run public events. Throughout this growth, we remained committed to supporting our local communities—often providing sponsorship, reduced rates or additional support to help ensure the success of community events during challenging financial climates.
In 2020, TFS further diversified its services, expanding into licensed premises security, providing professional door supervision for pubs, clubs, and bars. This move allowed us to bring our extensive event-management expertise, strong compliance standards and people-focused approach into the night-time economy.
Today, TFS stands on over three decades of operational experience, combining national-level capability with a strong local presence. Whether securing major events, commercial sites or licensed venues, we pride ourselves on delivering security solutions that are professional, adaptable and built on trust.

Bekki is the Owner and Managing Director of Trouble Free Security, bringing over 20 years of business management experience to TFS. She has built a progressive career beginning in the construction industry, advancing from an office-based role into senior operational and planning positions. Her experience includes regulatory compliance, site and project engineering, workforce leadership and strategic programme planning and contract management.
She has delivered major infrastructure schemes across national frameworks and managed the planning and execution of client programmes valued at £20–30m per annum from conception through to completion. In parallel, she has four years’ experience within the security industry as a Door Supervisor, with exposure across static guarding, event and festival security and licensed premises ranging from public houses to large-scale venues. She runs the company with a clear mission: to deliver reliable, professional, and client-focused security solutions.
